Alpha Pet is designed to take four-legged abuse, drain fast and effectively, and stay easy to clean with a stout, yet shorter pile height. All components are non-absorbing, reducing potential bacterial growth.
Alpha Pet uses a high-flow backing system that allows drainage through the back, as well as quarter-perforated drain holes. Where standard synthetic turf systems drain on average 28″ to 30″ per hour per square yard, Alpha Pet can drain double that amount.
Available in three builds: the standard Alpha Pet, the Polyurethane-free Eco, and the US-made USA build with action-backed weep for maximum drainage.

Alpha Pet is a K9-specific system: a shorter, stout pile that takes four-legged abuse, non-absorbing components that reduce bacterial growth, and a high-flow backing with quarter-perforated drain holes. It drains roughly double a standard turf system.
Standard Alpha Pet is the core K9 system (88 oz, Mini W blade). Eco is 100% recyclable with no polyurethane in the structure (89 oz, Diamond blade). USA is fully made and assembled in the United States with action-backed weep for over 400″/hour drainage (76 oz, tricolor).
All three builds drain through the backing plus perforated holes. Standard turf drains ~28–30″ per hour per square yard; Alpha Pet drains roughly double, and the USA build exceeds 400″/hour — which is what keeps pet odor down.
For pet installs we recommend an odor-control infill such as Zeolite or Camo Fill rather than plain silica. Your trade rep can spec the right volume for your run size and dog count.
