SGS Turf warrants that if the synthetic grass it has designed, manufactured, or supplied proves to be defective under the terms of this warranty, by way of workmanship resulting in premature wear during normal use and conditions, or breakdown of plastics due to ultraviolet degradation within a period of 16 years, SGS Turf, at its sole discretion either replaces or repairs the affected area without charge, or issues a credit equal to the cost of material at time of purchase.

Synthetic Grass Superstore (SGS Turf)
Limited 16-Year Synthetic Turf Warranty, Landscape Application.
SGS Turf warrants that if the synthetic grass it has designed, manufactured, or supplied proves to be defective under the terms of this warranty, by way of workmanship resulting in premature wear during normal use and conditions, or breakdown of plastics due to ultraviolet degradation within a period of 16 years, SGS Turf, at its sole discretion either:
- Replace or repair the affected area without charge to the purchaser, or
- Issue a credit equal to the cost of material at time of purchase.
Remedy by way of proration as follows: year 1–10 (100%), years 11–13 (50%), years 14–16 (25%).
If SGS Turf issues a credit in lieu of repair or replacement, said credit shall only apply to the affected area of the artificial grass giving rise to the claim. The credit shall be issued to the retailer or contractor as percentage of the replacement cost of a new synthetic turf shall be the same or comparable quality and cost. There will be no cash payment or other branded products accepted.
Warranty exclusions.
This warranty does not cover the following:
- Warranty does not cover any type of matting, or compression of fiber for any reason.
- Warranty only applies to SGS Turf products.
- This warranty does not cover the installation of the synthetic turf or any of the preparations corresponding to any installation.
- This warranty does not cover wear caused by site conditions or base failures resulting in damage to turf, abuse, neglect, vandalism, floods, fire, chemical or corrosive cleaning agents, use of footwear with metal cleats, acts of God.
- This warranty does not cover express or implied claims of warranty above and beyond herein by retailers, contractors or other second and third party claims to viability of products and its intended use, including damages for economic loss, expense, personal injury, etc.
- This warranty is not transferable.
- This warranty does not cover damage from effects of sun magnification by way of reflective surfaces such as low-E windows, stainless steel or polished fixtures and signage, or matting arising from excessive heat. Turf must have adequate infill at time of installation.

Uninstalled product, original packaging, returned within 30 days. 20% restock fee. No exceptions on cut rolls or special orders.
SGS Turf Refund and Sales Return Policy.
- No refunds, returns, or cancellations on cut rolls or special order products, including SGS Turf accessories.
- 20% restock fee will be incurred on any returned products.
- Uninstalled full rolls must be returned within 30 days, be clean, and unaltered from its original SGS Turf packaging — no exceptions.
- No refunds or returns on any products after 30 days of purchase.
- All products must be picked up within 10 days of placing order, otherwise the order will be void.
- COD orders must be paid in full prior to receiving.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all products for quality and defects, as well as correct style and color before installing or altering. Failure to do so voids warranty and SGS Turf product replacement. No refunds on warranty claims for any installation that does not meet or exceed SGS Turf’s minimum turf installation requirements.
